Tuesday: 8am-5pm
Wednesdays 9am-5pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-5pm

Phones are answered from 9am-11:30am and from 1pm to 4pm Monday to Fridays.

Making an Appointment

New medical dermatology appointments are booked through your family doctor. Existing patients can book an appointment within a year from their last visit by calling 416-487-3453 ex 4 or emailing info@drpaulcohen.com.

To book an appointment with our medical aesthetician (chemical peels, laser treatments, facials, etc) please email rosedaleskincare@gmail.com.

Methods of Payment

The methods of payment we accept are – Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash.

Different departments may accept different methods.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is determined by department and the clinician. However for all departments and clinicians, a cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance.

Rose Lortie: 24 hours in advance or a late cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.

Emergencies and After Hours

No emergency appointments are provided at the Rosedale Dermatology Centre. Patients should go to their nearest emergency department or contact their family doctor’s office.

Health Insurance

Medical dermatology consultations and follow up appointments are covered by OHIP when booked with a written referral from the patient’s family doctor.

Certain procedures are considered cosmetic and not covered by OHIP such as cosmetic mole removals, botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, etc.

Patient Forms

We require each patient to fill out a very short form with their demographic (name, address, medications). It is filled out at the office at the time of the appointment as it only takes them 2 minutes.
